Here we showcase people who don’t fit the ‘Parkour mould’. People with disabilities, as well as those aged 40 and over, who inspire us to get started, keep going, and who deserve our respect.
It is an honour and a pleasure for me to be able to introduce them here.
AGE IS NO EXCUSE
Here I show you some interesting videos for parkour for older people. Parkour doesn’t have to consist of big jumps and crazy moves. Anyone can take part in parkour at his/her own level.

JOHANNA QUAAS
You’re never too old to do sport. Johanna Quaas may not do parkour, but at over 90 years old and always doing gymnastics, she deserves a place on this page. Take a look and judge for yourself.

Drummond Parkour has a participant in parkour who is 70 years old. Yvonne moves incredibly well and doesn’t look 70 at all. Respect.

Lino comes from Mexico and lost his leg to cancer. He did parkour for a while, but I haven’t been able to find any recent posts from him.

Access Parkour in Scotland has several participants well over 40, such as

James Rudge comes from the United Kingdom. He does parkour with just one arm. Unfortunately, I’ve only found this video of him so far. As soon as I know more about him, I’ll add the new information here.

THOMAS FUCHS
Thomas Fuchs, aka ‘fantasthenics’, comes from Germany. He is 57 years old and describes himself as a ‘self-taught parkour artist’. He seems to have a lot of fun training and tries out lots of different moves. Take a look.
